Our bylaws require that each year we hold a general meeting of the membership to elect the president, clerk, treasurer, and RBA. This meeting has been scheduled for January 21, 2014 and will be held in Boston. The meeting notice is posted here and will be emailed to the membership list from bikereg.com.
I expect this to be a relatively short meeting. I would encourage members who will not able to attend to provide a proxy to a member who will be attending. A sample proxy form can be found here.
