A general meeting of the New England Randonneurs membership will be held in Room 323 at Boston University College of Communication, 640 Commonwealth Ave, Boston, MA. on January 21, 2014 at 7:30 PM for the following purposes:
- To elect the President, Clerk, Treasurer, and RBA as required by the NER bylaws.
Currently the following candidates are nominated to these offices:

Any member wishing to be added as a candidate to one of the above offices should contact the current president, Dan Greene. Additionally, nominations can be made at the meeting. Any additional nominations prior to the meeting will be announced via the NER website.
Those unable to attend the meeting may vote by proxy. A sample proxy form can be found on the NER web site at http://www.nerandonneurs.org/2014/NER-Proxy-Form-1-21-14.pdf. Proxies can submitted to the Clerk by mail at:
